As far as what I thought of the program. I LOVE it! It was intimidating at first going from a very unorganized form of exercise to a 6-7 day structured plan. I had a tough time at first and put a got a little frustrated with myself and how I let myself get to where I was at. By the end of the 2nd week I was getting a feel for the program and was getting excited daily to complete my workout. I love the variety each week as well as the 3 phases of the program. Any questions I had or modifications I needed were answered quickly. I am super excited to continue with the next 12 weeks!
Jeff finished his first 10k with approximately 60 obstacles! He expressed to me it’s the best he’s felt since high school! I’m very honored to be his trainer but most of all his coach!
